For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your
package, promptly check the items to make sure the item's functions
are working. We will exchange DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost
of shipping). Please return the items in their original packaging
within 7 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned
without original packaging will NOT be refunded, so please keep
all packaging for the 7 day return period.
Please make sure you use correct batteries and put batteries in
the correct way. Some vibrators take up to four batteries some only
take two please check before contacting us.
Lingerie
Naughty Dolls only exchanges items providing garments are returned
to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed.
Please return within 7 days of receiving the product.
